特邀國際鋼琴家：詹佳穎Dr. Chia-Ying Chan

本課程「電影配樂發展史與風格賞析」特邀國際鋼琴演奏家---詹佳穎Dr. Chia-Ying Chan 蒞臨講授古典鋼琴音樂的傳統與創新---Past and Present of Classical music in Piano及舞台展演經驗分享。

被古典音樂時報譽為極具細膩，值得關注、追隨的旅美鋼琴演奏家詹佳穎為活躍於多領域的藝術家。“…. [She is] a highly sensitive artist… a musician to watch and follow …..”— Jean-Yves Duperron, Classical Music Sentinel. 現任教於美國Saginaw Valley State University音樂系，並擁有美國伊利諾大學香檳分校音樂藝術博士學位(DMA, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)，專攻鋼琴演奏及文獻探討。詹老師的經歷非常豐富，曾獲多項國際比賽獎項，演出足跡遍及台灣，美國及歐洲。在國際廣播節目也能收聽到她的演奏，包含加拿大的 The Grand FM 101、美國的WILL FM 90.9、還有台灣的中央廣播電台 AM 1557 以及IC之音廣播電台 FM 97.5。近期受邀與美國Sinfonia da Camera交響樂團以及俄羅斯Kostroma Symphony Orchestra演出協奏曲；並有多場獨奏演出，包含Krannert Center for the Performing Arts 21世紀鋼琴委任作品獨奏會、卡內基音樂廳獨奏演出、聖安娜史坦威中心鋼琴演奏會、美國芝加哥PianoForte Foundation個人獨奏會、以及芝加哥舒伯特節現場實況轉播演出。詹老師更於2021年九月和其他19位青年鋼琴家為國際鋼琴教師協會（密蘇里州）所舉辦的貝多芬冥誕250週年紀念音樂會接力演出貝多芬32首鋼琴奏鳴曲。詹老師首張個人專輯由美國Centaur Records唱片公司發行。

Lecture will be specifically focused on the discussion of Piano music. Guest artist Dr. Chia-Ying Chan will detailed illustrate the history of piano, piano music in different settings, piano music in different styles as well as the relationship between piano and music industry. Dr. Chan has a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance and Literature from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and she currently teaches at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan U.S.A. As an active soloist and chamber pianist, she performs nationally and internationally at conferences, festivals and many prestigious venues across Taiwan, America and Europe, including the Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Austurias in Spain, the Sala dei Notari in Italy, National Recital Hall in Taiwan, Kostroma Music Hall in Russia, Carnegie Weill Hall in New York, Alice Tully Hall in New York, and was invited to perform at the Wiener Saal Mozarteum in Austria.

Moreover, Dr. Chan has won many top prizes in national and international competitions such as the 2019 Annual 21st Century Piano Commission Competition with Composer Eric Zurbin (Winner), the 2018 American Prize (Third Prize), the 2017 Sinfornia da Camera Concerto Competition (Winner), the 2016 International Music Competition Salzburg Grand Prize (Frist Prize), 2016 American Fine Arts International Concerto Competition (First Place), and the 2014 West Virginia Piano Competition (First Prize), among others. Therefore, during the lecture, Dr. Chan will not only exemplify the evolution of piano music in detail, but also explore various piano repertoire and share her performing experiences. The Q&A section will be provided at the end as well.
