“Teaching Assistant (TA) Certification Training Program”, held by the Center for Teaching and Learning Development, aims for the promotion of the teaching assistance effectiveness of the “English as Medium of Instruction” (EMI) course. It takes place at the beginning of each semester. This training will also provide the trainees with useful skills of teaching assistance and the methods for counseling students of EMI courses.

(本校為強化教學助理協助教師教學支援，教學發展中心於每學期辦理「教學助理認證研習會」。同時，為配合本校推行全英語授課(EMI)，優化教學助理於EMI的教學活動之支援角色，以有效協助EMI課程進行及輔導學生之學習。)

研習會內容包括TA職責與基本倫理、教學平台操作(e-Course 2)介紹及線上教學支援之經營、校園智慧財產一點通、如何經營跨文化的全英語課程、TA聘任及納保申請系統說明等。

This In-person TA training Program includes the following sessions:

1. TA’s Responsibilities and Ethics

2. Introduction to e-Course 2 and how it supports online courses

3. Intellectual property rights

4. Managing an intercultural EMI classroom

5. Instruction of the TA enrollment and insurance system

• Participant: Current students who have not received TA training certification.

 (未獲TA認證之在校學生。擔任全英語授課及EMI課程TA者請參加2/18(六)英語場次，並且鼓勵其他課程TA參加英語場次研習會。)

Please Note:

1. All the TAs should be qualified by completing the TA training of CTLD. TA certificate will be issued once the participant complete the training.

(凡擔任本校TA者，均須修習由教務處教學發展中心辦理之認證課程，全程參與者方可取得認證。)

2. Please fill out the correct email address on the sign-up form, or the notifications of the event will not be able to be delivered. Participants are responsible for the consequence of the wrong information. (請報名者務必提供正確資料，若有誤以致無法收到相關通知，後果請自行負責。)
3. To acquire the certificate, participant should obey the course rule, including being punctual, participating the whole seminar, completing the Questionnaire, and getting 60+ marks of the final test.

(本研習課程須遵守課程規則，包括準時『(線上)報到』、全程參與、及完成『活動問卷』與『課後測驗』。完成報到、活動問卷及課後測驗成績合格(60分)者，方可取得認證。)

4. The QR code and link for signup, questionnaire, and test will be shown during the seminar. The form will be expired right at the setting time.
